Israel, a country that has been criticized by Amnesty International for its treatment of Palestinians and has provided significant financial support to both political parties in the United States, received an overwhelming affirmation by the House with a vote of 412-9-1 that it is not an apartheid state.
Israel isn’t an apartheid state. A huge portion of it’s citizens are Arab and Muslim, and they share all the same rights and privileges as any other citizen, including leadership roles in the government.
I’m glad to see that Congress is going in the record with this, since you see this ludicrous accusation all over the internet.
