I’ve got bad news for you on that front. Netflix did it, and it’s horrible.
Some good news is there is a team of documentarians who have acquired the original tapes and are trying to re-release them in MUCH higher quality. It looks amazing. CBC article.

I’ve been periodically checking in on Reboot reboots for basically my whole life, and I’ve only been disappointed so far.
