Most of the time something is removed under R1, it’s because it was a negative of China, Russia or NK, no matter how right or correct it is.

It’s for ease of documentation and discussion, modlog entries are kind of a pita to dig through once they start getting older, though if you’re determined enough to verify something then you can still do that.
