I knew my pizza place hated when I’d order anchovies, so now I make it at home. Usually I’ll bake them on frozen pizza, but tonight I tried my hand at something different.
The worst part is that cheap ones taste like shit, good ones taste much better, if they get put on top and they get dried out and burnt they taste nasty, but if you bury them and they dont get cooked enough also not as nice.

What’s the deal? What are anchovies like, compared to other toppings?
Very fishy, very salty.
