Why waste time by sleeping, right?

Ignore “REM”, Mi band 4 doesn’t measure that.

      Not the person you responded to, but melatonin is pretty much worthless for long term sleep issues. My wife, girlfriend, child and multiple friends all suffer from sleep issues, and melatonin is maybe helpful for a day or two, but stop working well after that or start to make the problem worse or start triggering nightmares.

      It’s kinda frustrating watching them suffer and not being able to do much about it.
