Before I begin, this is a genuine question for the help desk. All of it is relevant. My experience with help desks brings me to fear this is going to be removed, but I have enough faith in its fairness to try.
So first of all, hi. The fediverse is more confusing than I thought it would be. I am from ML (first comment there right now confirms it, also I previously mentioned we were the same on a message about dueling, which sparked this whole situation in the first place) but was told by an admin to register a WTF in order to post some things because of how much was invisible from ML (not because I was banned from any instance but just because potentially anything can affect something’s visibility) and because I needed to post here after I was mentioned. I was mentioned in an anti-troll message as “an alt of shinigamiookamiryuu”, which is false, as shown by the fact I am clearly not banned from ML like she is (and yes, she is a she, I even have documentation of actual voice chats and even video chats to prove it, not the ones that aren’t of her. And no she is not some warlock-looking person whose picture was taken and brightened by people trying to expose her, she has a picture with big bold letters confirming it’s her that predates the first picture which was a Halloween prop commissioned to a friend who could do silhouette stock clipart. And that individual had her picture taken again and was confirmed to be a woman but then was misgendered anyways in another famous feud, showing those who diagnose gender are BS.). If I sound like her, it’s because we commission messages and parts of messages stuff for each other, which isn’t uncommon on here either, cough cough Blaze cough cough Cheese Greater cough cough Drag cough cough, sorry my throat caught a bone.
I’m allowing myself to go on that tangent because one of the two reasons I came here to this help desk today because I would like to ask what can be done about that faux anti-troll message and all the other ones across different names that mention me, because of all the associations it puts together (e.g. if me = someone = nazi, it would mean me = nazi, and that’s false). It attacks me (and by extension my projects) though it spreads false rumors about a number of us (dare I bring up people allow that to ignite fury in ourselves, other members, and even eyes-bigger-than-stomach admins when the rest of us are asked to standby by others). I can’t really see why, as VPNs work in the fediverse like jedi mind tricks work on Watto, so I should be able to confirm (to all but the few people who are unaffected and seem fed up by the constant hounding, as well as the admins who express disagreement (as well as confirm through not wanting to ban Leni that she is legit and not some impostor of any kind; i.e. she and her supposed achievements were vetted) with the masses who are still sour even when the subject yields) that I’m not an alt of someone who was banned from ML. I’m not even a Republican, a feat considering they’re half the nation, whether or not someone is going to argue I only have to specify that due to it not being a bipartisan issue. Unlike the Luigi issue (which she is trying to curb in the community, as per community Rule Six and as per the TOS, as most of us would do if we came across Axis-Power-inspired hate speech), which should be cracked down on if even those who say they’re all for free speech are cracking down on anything remotely related to Musk. I am 100% Social Democrat and think Musk overestimated his defense (I’d even deport him if I was Trump), which is why it hurts even more when I’m the one who is a victim of others’ dependence on being spoonfed by very testy and violent people when peoples’ power to ask for everyone’s perspective (before forgoing boundaries) is often all it takes for the malicious side to stop growing (heck, I have looked into it, and I noticed they are more transphobic and even faker than they accused her of being).
The other reason I am here is to ask something related to one of the points above. It seems advocacy of violence for some causes are openly discussed (whether they’re actually allowed or not) but advocacy of violence for other causes are not. In the example I gave, I mentioned that people get away with saying alarming things about the CEO’s while discussing Musk is off the table. Where the Hell do you draw the line? I see that seeming hypocrisy and I almost want to recommend ye olde forums as Elaine and Leni are familiar with because I’ve been there too and that’s where all the diehards are.
So you, Leni, shinigami, and who knows who else at this point all sound the same because you pay each other to write messages for one another? I admit you all sound the same and I thought you all were the same person: you write long walls of text, you put a bunch of random links in your messages (leading from tumblr to YouTube to deviant art, etc.), and I always feel like my brain is melting when I read your messages.
Did it occur to you that if all of you are writing messages for and with each other on a regular basis on your lemmy accounts to the point people can’t tell the difference, that you all are alts then? All 3 or more of you share these accounts like alts. All of you should stop doing that, all you’ve accomplished is confusion and misleading people into thinking you are trolls. Especially when you drag in Blaze, Cheese Greater, and Drag into this to create more drama? Either you are one singular troll, one person in a system, or separate individuals that are very misguided, possible trolls. This is dumb drama.
They aren’t complete messages we are doing for each other. Typically they’re parts of messages, and then we try to work around those.
CraigOhMyEggo is “NiotaBunny” on Reddit, aka one of Shinigamiookamiryuu’s/Leni’s/Triagonal’s personas.
Leni/Triagonal pretends to have DID on the “NiotaBunny” persona accounts because the real Niotabunny they’re impersonating (who is on DeviantArt and changed their username after Leni/Triagonal stole it to use on Reddit) actually has DID. The real NiotaBunny changed their username to Shinigamiookamiryuu but changed it again after Leni/Triagonal stole it to use on Lemmy. They sign up using the usernames of people on DeviantArt who exposed them for the things mentioned in the other post, particularly the things they said to a boy they knew was only 14.
Leni’s/shinigamiookamiryuu’s DeviantArt account was Triagonal, and on that account they stated that the NiotaBunny account on Reddit is theirs. They then attempt to gaslight/sealion people whenever this is brought up.
They recently messed up by referring to an easily findable comment they made on their main Lemmy account in the first person on their “NiotaBunny” sockpuppet account on Reddit, twisting what actually went down and complaining about downvotes.
The thread in question. Only the Leni/Shini account commented. When people point out them pretending to have DID on a sockpuppet account they use to impersonate a DeviantArt member who actually has DID, they will deliberately twist their words and complain that “people are denying that DID exists” (when that’s not being said) as a way to manipulate.
Niotabunny responded to this misunderstanding. The two halves of their first sentence doesn’t even sound the same. They and CraigOhMyEggo are not me, I am not them, and putting words in peoples’ mouth does not make them their words, no matter what excuse you want to give to say it’s right to put words in someone’s mouth, including with things I said to some person three years ago that you feel the right to go everywhere to “expose”. They’re my words and my intentions to elaborate on, and in one of those cases, even how it came across wasn’t negative. Funny how you validate your own speculation before invalidating someone’s explicitly mentioned DID (which I don’t have and never said I had).
@[email protected] a little help please?
You literally said that you own the NiotaBunny account on Reddit on your now-permabanned DeviantArt account, Triagonal.
When people bring this up, you attempt to gaslight them. Your link goes to a post that you posted on your NiotaBunny Reddit account, and you accidentally used “I” to refer to a comment about detergent instructions you posted on this account. I’ve included screenshots of that in my previous comment.
Nobody is invalidating anyone. I wasn’t even replying or talking to you. I’m pointing out to the other person that when you make an impersonation account, you will sometimes try to emulate specific traits of whoever you’re impersonating. You also did this on your Art-Dude Newgrounds account. Art-Dude was a forum regular on DeviantArt from the UK who you didn’t like, because he didn’t take your side on things, and on your Art-Dude Newgrounds account you put your location as being from a place in the UK. You gaslight about this in your bio.
Not on this account you don’t. But you have other accounts where you try to pretend to be other people.
Let’s say you asked someone “is this your car” and they responded “I acquired it for the time due to urgency, yes”. Then a week later you ask them for a ride, and they respond that it was a rental vehicle and that they don’t have it anymore. Are you going to take it out on them?
^
And what I meant by that is they were “ghostwriting” for me, which goes even deeper than the “commissioning” I mentioned.
You’re probably going to keep dangling that misunderstanding over peoples’ heads and you’re only going to get the same response each time. It’s not “gaslighting”, it’s literally pointing out not everything is as simple as you claim.
If a marriage document was written with the nuance we said those things in, including what you claim about the “I” (which actually throws your claims about DID into question), it wouldn’t be legally binding because they’re so situationally specific.
All this coming from the same person (you) who thinks I’m a compulsive liar. If you think I’m a compulsive liar, why do you take things I say that suit you as gospel? I would speculate it’s because that’s not what this is all about.
If you’re so convinced that I have ever set out to impersonate anyone, that I ever said I was from the UK, or even that the other Niotabunny has DID, cite an example of any instance where this was outright mentioned. For starters, you act like there isn’t a Leicester right South of Rochester where I’ve been for a while.
Your Newgrounds account, attempting to impersonate Art-Dude, a forum regular from DeviantArt who wasn’t on your side when you said those things to a 14 year old boy, and then you attempted to gaslight in the profile description about a site being “mistaken” in case someone happens to find the real Art-Dude and begins to get suspicious.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leicester
What’s up with you stealing other people’s art on this account of yours? https://www.artgram.co/xxoreothecrowxx
Does the real xxoreothecrowxx know about this?
Your actual art looks like this: https://buzzly.art/~Twonaps/art/my-buzzly-oc
The real Twonaps changed his name after he realized you took it.
That’s called quelling misunderstandings. Would you rather I hadn’t clarified anything? The site also operates on a very different naming system, hence the generic name, which is gender-neutral.
As for the art, I changed mediums and got into trading. Big deal. If you think I’ve stolen art, show me the original.
You didn’t “change mediums”. You posted those stolen drawings on an impersonation account 5 months ago. https://www.artgram.co/a/practice-Gx5cxo
Now here’s what you posted 26 days ago. https://lemmy.wtf/post/15395954/12175437
More art from you on your TheCunningCondor Artstation account. (Does the real TheCunningCondor know you took his username?)
Are you telling me and everyone else here that you just so happened to lose the ability to shade, do decent linework, and draw hands and faces within the span of just 5 months? Changing mediums doesn’t cause you to forget basic anatomy or color theory.
You are an art thief. I advise you to stop making up excuses and stop lying.
Someone showed me that the art was traded. It wasn’t stolen.
Prove it. Show me the originals. That has always been the rule with reporting art theft, you have to show the originals.
Nobody “pays” anyone. We just try to adapt to what we do and don’t have access/visibility to. Some of it is cross-verbatim. Saying anyone should be treated as the same as another individual for saying things they wanted to be said is like saying one classmate should be expelled from school for relaying things on behalf of another classmate. I do not encourage address doxxing, but I can say without a doubt that, if someone were to do that on us, there wouldn’t be any repeated results. We are simply not related in any way except doing things on behalf of each other (sometimes word for word), and the fact no rule enforcer (keep in mind they can see when people have doubles, in fact you can probably ask one directly) has ever called me a ban evader should be the smoking gun of that.
Alright so whoever wrote “commission” used the wrong word. I can’t tell which parts were written by which person and that is a problem. You are doomed to repeat this drama until you all stop. IMO, you should especially fire whoever keeps writing posts like this from your writing group, it is written incredibly badly and uniquely identifies them.
Your analogy does not apply to this situation at all because this is an online anonymous discussion. If I were a mod and banned one of you for breaking a rule, I would ban the other because you all sound exactly the same and that is a red flag for ban evasion. There are no quotes used or any indicator that the account holder did not write the content. Lemmy does not have a ban evasion system the way reddit has, the two different instance admins can share with one another IP addresses and email addresses. This can be easily overcome. Whereas reddit invasively fingerprints you and even that can be side stepped.
There is no smoking gun for your side, this drama is so dumb and terminally online. I suggest if you want to quote one another, do it properly. I think that would clear up the misunderstanding. Or you are all trolls. Who knows.
Whatever is going on, it’s impossible to tell. I honestly am tempted to write an SCP article where people are cursed to be unable to be understood, and use these entries as examples.
You mean nobody else comes to mind, it’s just two specific people?
I looked at the user you linked but they do not sound how I was describing. The question they asked was confusing but it was not a rambling nightmare. Look at these two links:
https://lemm.ee/post/53623301 (this is your post in c/PTB)
https://www.tumblr.com/deviantartdramahub/774992292343873536/hello-i-am-new-here-i-came-over-from-the-lemmy?source=share (this is what you linked to as your perspective)
The above is definitely you (long walls of text, incoherent at times, my brain feels like it is melting, I do not understand your point, etc.). I knew this post was pretty much you because it sounds just like the links I linked to above. That’s why I thought you were all the same person. I finally read your perspective on tumblr and it confirmed that this is a terminally online, possibly the dumbest drama I’ve read and I do not want to talk about it anymore.
I never said it wasn’t me. But the anon isn’t. The way messages there work is you say something in a private exchange, and that only becomes visible when the person you sent it to responds. The response is mine, but the anonymous inquiry isn’t.
I use that to explain my perspective. I don’t refer to myself there as if it’s not me it’s talking about (why would anyone who has read it get the impression I do). I’m not sure why “obsessive” is the first word that comes to peoples’ minds (or why others get off the hook), what I deal with simply has an exhausting persistence and I wonder when it will end.
??? I have no idea what you are on about. I know you definitely wrote the content because you claimed to have written the content. I understand you are exhausted but I really don’t want to talk about this anymore.
Context for this and for everything in the OP.
