Net Zero seems nearly impossible. By 2050, demand for some mineral resources will increase more than 100-fold just to keep up with the supply chains for electric vehicles.

I’m personally not saying it’s impossible, but as he puts it, it does seem unlikely. Geopolitical developments, new technologies, and democratic/political will could lead to more favourable outcomes.
Then again if populations world wide keep growing and energy usage as well, it will be very hard to keep the energy supply in line with demand.
The road ahead is very difficult.
