Sure it is, don’t be silly. The point of claiming self defense is that it justifies the violence. It doesn’t make it not violence.

Why do fascists get protected by the very rules they refuse to follow?
“protected”? I dunno if the demented rapist is actually protected by rule 2.
I think we’re protected by rule 2 such that there isn’t log records and the whatever and so on and such.
It’s a very complicated case, a lotta ins, lotta outs, a lotta what-have-yous.

So the people openly breaking the law to the point of hurting millions of people are still protected by the very thing they abhor?
No wonder fascism keeps popping up. Almost like treating people who view other humans as scum, like they’re actually people, results in them doing whatever they want without consequence.
Laws they don’t follow?

I don’t entirely know why Musk should follow German (for this instance) or Austrian (for this community) law while not in Germany/Austria, I for one will not tolerate open calls for violence here.
