Summary

The White House now claims Elon Musk is not leading DOGE, despite Trump previously stating Musk was in charge of the task force cutting $2 trillion in federal spending.

A court filing says Musk is only a senior adviser without formal decision-making authority. However, Musk’s tweets and Trump’s remarks suggest he has been directing DOGE’s activities.

The revelation raises legal concerns, as lawsuits argue DOGE violates the Appointments Clause by bypassing Senate confirmation.

A federal judge is set to rule on an emergency motion against Musk’s involvement.

I wonder if it’s possible to play to their egos and sow discord by continuing to call them President Musk and Mr. Trump.

Every reporter who asks trump a question should follow it up with “and what does Elon musk think about that?”

“Did Elon already approve this, or are you still waiting for him to decide?”

          Gotta push Donnie’s buttons harder.

Pretty sure Stephen King just got booted from Twitter for calling trump the first lady. That’s what a coworker told me, anyways.

Would it even be misgendering? I thought trump officially said that all people were female when she said that sex is determined at conception.

Didn’t he already decided for himself to leave twitter? I seem to vaguely remember some post about it a while ago. Not that he is wrong though.

It would make more sense that king wouldn’t have stayed on Twitter this long. I also liked the story, so here we are.

I’m sure they’re making enough money/deals to not care about such things.

You might think so but I’m not convinced. They’re both clearly not well adjusted individuals. If anything I think the pettiness gets to them more than your average person.
