Another thing I’m wondering is if you had used the nVidia ISO when installing Pop, as installing from that should have preloaded nVidia drivers for you upon install, granted it’s still for a Macbook.

Either way, if the system detected the 320m, it would show up in the Pop Shop as opposed to the “additional software” application, and if you still don’t see the driver available in the Pop Shop, it may be worthwhile to see what command line options you have to install via apt.
