The only reason that makes sense “Abandoning DEI will tarnished our image and bad for Business, we dont want to lose $”. Not because they believe in DEI I guess.
Especially for a company that is a global one attempting to appeal to as many different demographics as possible to make money from everyone. Difficult to do without diverse input.

If you’re in business and you don’t believe in DEI, you’re an idiot.
DEI means getting different points of view, different experiences, different backgrounds. All of which are better for the bottom line.

Yeah, but so is price gouging, layoffs, enshitification and shrinkflation.
It’s impossible to imagine that those in business are not idiots that don’t believe in DEI.
