minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish12•17 hours agoI’m gonna be real I’m not a fan. I like eggs in fried rice, and as a baking ingredient, but by themselves? I’ll pass
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink6•17 hours agoYea i have texture issues with eggs that aren’t scrambled and seasoned, it’s just too rubbery feeling and isn’t my favourite flavour on its own
minus-squarethemeatbridgelink9•15 hours agoAlmost everyone overcooks eggs. The whites should be silky, and the yellows creamy. If the white is rubbery or the yellow chalky, then it’s like an overcooked steak. Like yeah, technically you can eat it, but it’s not the best form it can take.

minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish13•16 hours agoOh that’s like every fried rice recipe
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink3•16 hours agoI don’t think I’ve had fried rice without eggs before. Isn’t that one of the core ingredients?
minus-squarethemeatbridgelink1•15 hours agoThat’s how I always made them, but I don’t know that my recipe is any sort of authentic.
