Summary

The president of the U.S. African Development Foundation filed a lawsuit against DOGE whose operatives forcibly entered their building and began dismantling operations.

The judge has temporarily blocked the president’s removal, with a hearing set for March 11. The lawsuit provides detailed firsthand evidence of how DOGE, led by Elon Musk, operates beyond its legal mandate.

It describes how DOGE attempted to shut down both the African and Inter-American Foundations, ignored legal requirements, and manipulated agency funding.

This case is the 7th challenging Musk’s appointment as unconstitutional and provides firsthand evidence that may succeed where other lawsuits have failed.

Seems almost all of them are noobs, which doesn’t bode well for them arguing complex issues in front of court.

In reality these people will be time wasters, and do just enough to get it moved up to the supreme court or another lower court where the judges are already bought and paid for. Obstruction is the name of the game

Sure… Until they’re overwhelmed with thousands of court cases, and any misstep can be used against them and slowly back them into a corner

This is a viable way to impede them… With a thousand cuts, constant depositions, constant fillings where any mistake has consequences

Ha, jokes on you! They have the super advanced Grok AI to help them with their case!

Just wait until you see them cite a case that doesn’t exist. Then you’ll really be sorry for calling them noobs.

I want to know how many times, on average, it praises Musk for shit he doesn’t deserve.
