Sounds like Google. They tried to remove the Assistant that did the job with Gemini that sometimes does the job.

Had this experience yesterday. I called in to get an update and the first guy was a dry jerkoff who would cut me off in a condescending tone. The second guy said virtually the same thing as the first guy, but let me speak a bit and ask a couple of questions, and that made everything 100x better.

Tangentially, I love it when stupid people mention how much of their brain they use. They mean they use 100% of their brains as a powerhouse when, in reality, that implies a seizure. It makes me chuckle every time.
