Hunter Biden’s lawyer filed an ethics complaint in the House of Representatives on Friday against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for reaching a “new level of abhorrent behavior” after she displayed sexually explicit pictures of him during a hearing Wednesday.

      For what she did on the floor of Congress, yes.

      But she also emailed it out to her supporters. That ain’t “speech or debate in either House”

      Taking a private citizens’s nudes and sharing it against their will in congress may go against the spirit of that clause. I would love to see how this holds up in court.

          If you give your employer your bank info for direct deposit does that give them the right to drain your bank account?

            Further to the point. Let’s say a person shares nude photos of themselves to a lover. Does the lover then have the right to post them on the Internet?

            This is why revenge porn laws exist.
