While I get that this is for a meme, this picture can be simply explained by the fact that these chargers have very short cables, and this truck wouldn’t be able to charge if they had parked normally. It’s actually a pretty common sight.

Just look at the truck. It’s a dodge ram, they don’t make any PHEV models.
Even if you know nothing about cars, you can tell that from both context, and the fact that it clearly isn’t plugged in.
Can you show me where Dodge was making EV pickups in the mid-late 2000’s, which is the approximate vintage of this truck?
