As the urgent care ladies reminded me multiple times, apparently you’re supposed to let go of the chicken at a certain point…

My feelings got hurt worse when I went to urgent care and the front desk ladies kept making fun of me for deep frying my hand. Like in a jovial and friendly way, but still. I wasn’t even going to go but my gf insisted.
So painful when it happens, but so satisfying to peel after it heals.
The dead skin flaps wouldn’t go away so I cut them open with nail clippers to let the inside of the pockets breath 🤮. Also they drained them in the hospital and it was a yellowish clear liquid with brown floaters…
Okay, that’s maybe less satisfying!
