I don’t necessarily know how deep the deep cut has to be, but I’m going to say The Void (2016).
Yes, good choice! I happened to see it, but yes, that’s in the ballpark of what I’m looking for here. Something that was not a “major” horror movie, but actually far better than high-profile ones that get more attention. “Better” being subjective, of course, but I want others’ opinions on what they think is a good movie that may have been overlooked.
