If a Dr does informed consent HRT, it basically means you as an adult have already researched and informed yourself about transitioning and therefore consent to starting HRT without needing the Dr to test you for dysphoria or make you wait.

I didn’t know about informed consent when I started transitioning in October, and they got me an appointment for this month (9 month wait!), for my first appointment with an endocrinologist.

A few months ago I found out about informed consent HRT and found a different local Dr, they saw me in less than a week and wrote me a prescription for Estrodiol and T-blockers the day of the appointment. I got my pills that afternoon.
