Why are Lemmy posts and replies (almost?) emoji free? - I like the small emotion symbols, they add a softer human feel to things :]

    Emoji were democratized to unhipness, there was a movie about it and all

      I don’t use emoji because they’re hip, I use them because they have a function. 🤨🤷‍♂️
