Other sites can be a bit more of a pain, bit you can often just add /RSS or /feeds to the URL and the readers will work it out.

I’ve been using Read You from F-Droid. It’s still in early-ish development but it’s simple with a clean design.
I use Inoreader and recommend it. I pay for Pro.
