      Abuse is about power. They live life on god mode. They get bored. They need more and more extreme experiences to feel anything. Most, if not all of them, end up there.

        I would imagine it’s more of a correlation than a causal relationship. You don’t become a billionaire by caring about other people. In fact, I’d argue the only way to do it involves directly ruining some lives and indirectly ruining a lot more. At a certain point you become desensitized and stop being concerned with right and wrong
