    Smart move. This will force a SCOTUS opinion they’ve already given before. It’s going to plainly destroy right-wing talking points, assert that states have their own ability to send electors (Trump tried to subvert this), and force these assholes to accept what a state says.

      However, SCOTUS has shown that they don’t mind ignoring precedent, particularly if they can earn some sweet gratituities from it.

        Well they heard they got appointed to do what’s right and they said, “challenge accepted,” but they misunderstood which “right.”
