    I’m saying this with with the nicest intentions, but please seek help. These post are not aimed at you.

    What you are experiencing is some form of delusion (e.g., delusion of reference/persecution, or thought broadcasting). These can happen for a multitude of reasons, and me or other commenters are not qualified to diagnose them in any way.

    There is no shame in needing mental help, as there is no shame in needing a doctor to fix a broken ankle. I am currently doing cognitive behavioural therapy with a psychotherapist for my major depressive episode that happened due to a long sickness, plus my anxiety disorder that I probably have since childhood. For some cases, there are also medications to help.

    I wish you the best. I suggest you delete lemmy and stay off for a while, as it doesn’t seem to be good for you.
