I don’t get the point of ASMR, but I don’t care what others enjoy, and don’t find it weird just because it’s not my thing :3

    enjoy what you love!!!

ya see, i used to think asmr was kinda weird, then i had a really rough night, really needed some comfort, had asmr for that, and i managed to actually get to sleep without too much worry. I now get it and fairly often use asmr to get to sleep if my brain wont turn off

hey, I’m sorry you had to go through tough moments like these. it’s awesome that you found a way to pull through, and that you felt better after. You’re very strong and awesome.

are u one of those people that say “asmr is weird and i don’t get it” Have u put on some good headphones sat in a quiet room and just listened? I think people are not getting the whole point of it, It’s not about the sounds it’s the triggers it makes in your head

hey, I’m not saying it’s anything bad, i just use music to mute my thoughts and feel better, instead of asmr. To each their own, buddy ^^

uhhh, I’m not sure i understood you clearly there. I listen to music to have a little breather from life by immersing myself in it, and just enjoying a moment of bliss. I’ve never tried asmr as a form to deal with depression and its consequences, so if you enjoy it — that’s awesome! I just have my ways, haha
