I can cook a hybrid and extract most of the sativa side, or extract the indica side based on temperature. In the mornings I might only hit up to 385F so I still can function, or I might increase to 420F in the evenings if I desire more sedation. Often I start at low temps like 300F to savor the flavor of the herb (I’m a flavor chaser, I’ll admit).
