The tools have come a long way for sure and there’s probably more to choose from than ever. What I like about Rebelle in particular is that it’s effectively a paint simulator (not just oils but also watercolors and other mediums) which not only makes for convincing results but also a wide range of choices (e.g. paint thickness, blending, etc).
