minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish10•1 year agoI’d say 8% is even too low. I’d need like 12% before I even consider allowing someone to tell me where to work. And on top of it, you’ll have to pay me that much more and I would be way less productive as well.

I’d say 8% is even too low. I’d need like 12% before I even consider allowing someone to tell me where to work. And on top of it, you’ll have to pay me that much more and I would be way less productive as well.
