I live in Montana. Nobody is more than a tank of gas away from a gas station without making very bad decisions. So you’re either making shit up for the sake of argument or an extreme edge case that just isn’t the target market for EV trucks. Which makes your idea of “realistic” irrelevant.

So it’s an extremely rare event that can be solved with a little bit of thinking ahead. Should that really be part of your purchasing decision?
I can easily extend my range in the woods by carrying an extra gallon(s) of gas… Then fill up on the return trip home. That’s thinking ahead…
