    Around 2% of the US military aren’t US citizens, which isn’t a lot, but enough that virtually everyone in the military knows at least one.

    And that’s not even getting into how it’s one of the few true “mixing pots” left from original America.

    Military will be better than ICE, especially because they’re actually trained.

      Any single solder that obeys an order to deploy on US soil against US citizens is far worse than ICE. That soldier is in fact committing treason, is blatantly breaking the law, and is utterly failing to obey the oath they took when they signed up.

      “Just following orders” won’t protect them when justice comes calling. I hope they all know this.

      Which is why I keep reminding people that we cannot expect to fight on their terms.

      The US cannot effectively fight guerrilla fighters. It has proven that in Vietnam and Afghanistan.
