Does it matter if a stingray doesn’t work to the majority of people who will never be targeted by law enforcement? No. Does it matter that there’s basically nothing stopping your apps sucking up all your data? Yep. When Google makes a change that makes Facebook’s share price tank I’ll be interested.
Unless I get an “allow App to run in Background” permission I’m not happy.
