Glorification of terrorism. She wrote things like *Hitler a fait une grosse erreur. Il aurait dû vous mettre dans les chambres à gaz» Which means Hitler made a big mistake to not put you all in the gas chamber. I think there are more intelligent ways to defend this cause than writing this. Now does that justify a sanction… no. Note that this is the second jugement and it was halved vs the first.
Also note that the plaintiffs is not the state. But the Jewish French association.
That was definitely not the right thing to say, nor the right thing to believe.
