Id also bet Kemps reelection fund would find itself suddenly flush with cash from some dark money super PAC named “Mommies for the bestest america freedom fries that save children” that Justice Roberts will just nod his head approvingly at.

None of the charges will bar him from running legally, but they might get the GOP to voluntarioy drop him as an official candidate for the party.
