I’m seeing this happen more of late: the message ‘View more (1)’ appears in-between a thread (the number varies by the way), when I click to expand the comments a message ‘loading’ appears followed by ‘no comments added’. Why does it think there are more comments and why can it not retrieve and show them?
I’m using Sync for Lemmy.
I keep seeing “view parent…” Everywhere but when I tap it it basically just refreshes and doesn’t show anything new.
It should take you progressively back up the tree of comments - it does this on my version of Sync. If a solution hasn’t already been posted, you could raise a question here. Currently (with Sync) I don’t think the option is available - I start new posts using Connect for Lemmy. Good luck.
