Today, in a symbolic act, Iranians set fire to the flags of Israel and the United States, as well as an obelisk and a statue of Baal—which they described as a symbol of Satan—in various cities across Iran in response to the release of the Epstein documents.

This isn’t the Iranian people. This was done by the regime. They always set up fake demonstrations where they either pay or force people to attend while actual regime employees carry out acts that echo regime propaganda. The standard is blaming everything wrong in the world on Israel and the US, burning their flags, and then chanting pro regime slogans.

Iranians are strictly forbidden from protesting without the express permission of the regime who will control the whole thing. In other words, none of the “approved” protests are dissenting. When they are, the government will just slaughter the dissenters in mass like animals. That literally happened last month when they killed thousands in the streets after they protested corruption and mismanagement of the regime.

Anybody who is buying this to be legitimate act by the Iranian people is incredibly ignorant and is falling for Iranian regime propaganda.

I got family in mostly in the Khuzestan province, mostly in and around Ahwaz, but I also have some family in Tehran and Isfahan. The Iranian regime also does similar things in Iraq via their proxy militias.
