For over 10 years I’ve been sending videos at 4:20pm Pacific to friends as a morale booster for the workday being nearly done, also because it’s fun to say “420” and shaka at your friends and say “weed.”

Anyways, now I will post them to this community as well to help myself build up an archive and also share them with anyone who’s got a similar sense of humor.

This is not a daily ritual, just a when-I-can ritual. The last thing I’d want to do is make this fun tradition a job.

An ideal 420 video is a short clip of media produced before 2010, but there have been some exceptions for newer material if I find something especially fitting the spirit of the tradition (e.g. Neil Breen, Tubi originals, etc.).

Videos can be either intentionally or unintentionally funny, or just something obscure.

(ironically I am sober/do not use cannabis as it typically just makes me sleepy or dizzy. weed it up all you want tho 🤙 420 blazeit)
