    Lol…something is wrong. You think one of the richest men in the world could get the best plastic surgery in the world. It’s like they found some cheap quack in a seedy part of town.

    Plastic surgery in general pretty fucking stupid. Seen beautiful actresses fuck their faces up trying to stay looking young instead of allowing nature do it thing. Most would still look beautiful if they just took care of their skin.

      I’ve got far less objection to reconstructive plastic surgery then to purely cosmetic surgery. It does something very real for a lot of people.
