minus-squarepolotype@lemmy.mlOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up3·5 days agoThey’re more lean so they are a bit more muted than edamame, but the texture is quite similar (if a bit less "snappy) and the flavour profile a slightly nuttyer. Overall, they are quite similar, but they are easier to find near me ;)

They’re more lean so they are a bit more muted than edamame, but the texture is quite similar (if a bit less "snappy) and the flavour profile a slightly nuttyer. Overall, they are quite similar, but they are easier to find near me ;)
