Jack Duquesne, a.k.a. Swordsman in the MCU, is super, super rich. He was engaged to Kate Bishop’s mom, who was also super wealthy. He’s basically French Bruce Wayne with a sword, so why is his suit so… um, homemade and bad? Couldn’t he get a high-tech suit?
You can’t buy taste, and Jack has already strongly established the fact that, Swordsman though he may be, he’s also kind of an idiot.
