The digital assistant no longer functions as a standalone app, years after Microsoft shut down its Cortana iOS and Android apps.
Wow, finally.
I am so tired of having to disable it every time I have to reinstall windows on a system.
That was my extent of interaction with Cortana as well. I prefer the Halo version of her.
