Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott signed a law Thursday barring transgender college athletes in the state from competing in sports that align with their gender identity – expanding a 2021 law that banned transgender students in K-12 Texas school districts and some charter schools from doing the same.
That’s what is so infuriating about all this hatred. We have so many problems in the world that could be improved, but instead we’re taking away rights and making people’s lives harder because of some perceived problem.
So glad this is what our governor is wasting his time on instead of fixing the power grid.
