    The public drunkenness is a modifier showing further lack of professionalism from such a high office, not the source of the blame. Even without the alcohol he’s a piece of shit.

      I don’t agree that either drugs or alcohol are indicative of a lack of professionalism on their own. If it interferes with their performance negatively, like Musk and his Ketamine usage that by now has shrivelled his kidneys to the point where he will be flying overseas to get some hapless palestinian’s kidneys implanted in his body by Israeli doctors then yes sure…

      That is bad, but many can use drugs and alcohol to even enhance their performance, especially drugs.
