One speeding tail gating bro dozer isn’t the flow. No matter how fast you are going you will always pick up some asshole who is racing everyone.

Edit: I bet not a single one of you immediately get in the right lane when someone blows up on you if you are close to going around some slower traffic on the right. I stay in the right lane. If I’m in the left lane its for a reason and that reason doesn’t care about someone going twenty over getting half a car length behind me. I’ll get over when I can and don’t and wont care about it.

I do. Because if there’s room to my right, I can shift over, let someone pass, then move back to the left. It’s not like it takes effort to do it. To be clear I agree about city streets though - I think pretty much everyone will agree there. This is highway rules only (where the signs are saying to keep right).

Okay. I don’t and wont. They can wait the five to ten seconds extra for me to go around and settle back into the right lane. Nearly all of the people rushing the left lane stay in it and never go to the right. They don’t know the rules and wouldn’t care if they did.

Yeah that’s why there is a passing lane, get it off it if you’re not passing. It’s not a hard concept

On the a divided highway, sure. On a multilane city street I’m staying in the lane I need.
