Voting for him in 2016 or 2020 meant that you were a piece of shit, stupid as hell, or some combination of the two. Voting for him in 2024 meant that you were a fucking traitor. The vast majority of the people who voted for him in 2016 and 2020 also voted for him in 2024. That doesn’t necessarily retroactively make them traitors, but it does showcase the power of cults and indoctrination.

It was incredibly obvious in 2015 that trump was a complete piece of shit who would make a completely awful president.
And someone that’s followed Trump since the '80s, I have seen since the '80s what a piece of shit he is.
He has always been such a blatant dirt bag, I was delighted when he announced his candidacy, I thought he would finally get his comeuppance.
