Out of the demoniacal darkness of Charles Addams’ inkpot comes this new collection of cartoons to haunt your night and day. Some have hovered in the pages of The New Yorker. Others lurked in the newspapers. All of them are in paperback book form for the first time. All are superb demonstrations of The Addams Paradox - they chill the spine while they lighten the heart.

    First image of Pugsley?

Reading about it now, it sounds like these characters eventually coalesce into the “family”.

You are welcome. As you can see i just added Gomez to the mix. We will have a few weeks with him before the next member is added.

I am also gathering some of Addams other strips to post as well.

oh crap, I didn’t realize someone was already posting these! I did not mean to step on your toes. I don’t want to make a rival chain.

I started posting over at [email protected] when moderation here was a bit rocky after the beepening (beepgate?). I will start cross posting to this community. I also have been gathering some of Addams non-Addams Family strips to post. Some of them did not age well, some are timeless however.

His early comics weren’t all a common theme. Some of them are rather random, but over time do coalesce it seems.
