Children being systematically used as a revenue model is effectively child labor and must be treated as such, Minister Thierry Aartsen of Work & Participation said in a letter to parliament, RTL Nieuws reports.

A whitelist for, like, a sign over you shop or a business webpage would be needed, but yes. In most cases, it’s pretty hard to justify advertising as a social good.
