Bless you for doing your job. Ppl like the service writer are why we stopped safety inspections. Sure they were annoying but an inspector never once found an issue with my car that I thought was bullshit. Now, we still pay the fee but get nothing in return.

Pretty sure that tint isn’t legal.
Current California laws say it has to allow 70% light transmission… So 30% tinted.
If the people who are there to enforce are the ones causing the infractions the system breaks down.
