The “Deutsche Post” uses bicycles to deliver the mail. I see nothing wrong with an e-bike to deliver parcels.
That size is the issue I think
The size is a problem for suvs and other oversized vehicle. This vehicle is the right Size for the job.
It being categorized as a cycle for the size is the issue I think. Because the German electric cycle that I saw is much smaller than those and they are a tricycle
