      I’ve maladapted into calling my eventual meal after forgetting to eat multiple meals in a row ‘intermittent fasting’

        Yeah when IF was at its peak, I read up on it and was like…I already do this, but not on purpose.

          The thing a lot of people miss with intermittent fasting (imo) is making sure the meals they do eat are giving them the right amount of nutrients/proteins/etc that their body needs.

      Yeah u save a lot of money as well. I just eat an apple, which is like 50 cents. Most of my colleagues go out for lunch everyday, paying around 10 Euros or so every time. That’s 200 bucks a month only for lunch. Absolutely ridiculous.
