    Isn’t that just the weight of the baby? You should be eating enough to sustain you amd the baby but gaining weight typically means you’re consuming an excess of calories that is being stored on your body.

      Naw, you are supposed to gain actual weight up to forty pounds which is considered normal. Most professionals would recommend a three hundred calories increase a day.

      Dieting and pregnancy don’t really go together.

        Huh, yeah. According to the APA, even if your BMI would label you as obese, you should be gaining between 11 and 20 lbs.

        The more you know. Culturally, it feels rude to even mention weight, so I sure as hell have never asked any of the pregnant ladies in my life.
